Extraordinary childhoods begin with extraordinary people.
Every day at Kindervilla, children explore the world with curiosity, build lasting friendships, discover their strengths, and create memories that will stay with them for a lifetime.
Making this possible takes extraordinary people—educators who do far more than care for children. They inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, celebrate individuality, and guide children as they grow into kind, capable, and resilient young people.
If this is how you see your work, we would love to meet you.
German and/or English-speaking
Children rarely remember lesson plans or daily schedules.
They remember people.
The people who encouraged them, laughed with them, inspired their curiosity, and helped them believe that anything is possible.
Those are exactly the people we’re looking for.
Whether you’re an Educational Director, Early Childhood Educator, Teaching Assistant, student teacher, or intern—if you’re passionate about making a meaningful difference in children’s lives, we’d love to get to know you.
