In the heart of Stuttgart’s Gänsheide neighborhood, we have created a place where children feel safe, loved, and free to explore the world around them. In our bilingual nursery, we accompany children from eight weeks to three years of age with warmth, an international team of native-speaking educators, and an environment that inspires curiosity, confidence, and joyful discovery.

This is where the Kindervilla story began.
Since 2010, Kindervilla Gänsheide has been welcoming children and families and remains the heart of Kindervilla to this day. What started as a single idea became our very first campus—a place where children grow up in a warm, nurturing environment and discover the world with curiosity and confidence. Even today, every room reflects the unique character and history of this special place.
The villa features three spacious classrooms, cozy nap rooms, child-friendly bathrooms, dedicated cubby areas, and a beautiful dining room where children enjoy fresh meals together each day. Our private, enclosed garden provides plenty of space to play, explore, move, and enjoy the outdoors, making nature and active play a natural part of everyday life.
On warm summer days, the air-conditioned classrooms on the upper floor provide a comfortable indoor environment, allowing children to learn, play, and relax throughout the day.
More than fifteen years after opening our doors, Kindervilla Gänsheide remains a place where children feel safe, valued, and at home—and where new friendships, everyday adventures, and lifelong memories begin.
Our Kindervilla campus is open during the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Each year, our campuses close for a total of four weeks. Families receive our annual closure schedule well in advance, making it easy to plan ahead.

Regular parent conferences, family evenings, our Kindervilla app “KiVi,” and everyday conversations help us build strong, trusting relationships with every family. Throughout the year, we also welcome families to seasonal celebrations, community events, and special activities that bring our Kindervilla community together.

Every day at Kindervilla follows a reassuring rhythm while remaining flexible enough to meet each child’s individual needs, interests, and pace of development. Familiar routines provide children with a sense of security and confidence, while opportunities to play, explore, sing, move, and learn make every day engaging and meaningful.
Each morning begins with a warm welcome, followed by a freshly prepared breakfast, morning circle, enriching learning experiences, outdoor play, and shared meals prepared daily in our own Kindervilla kitchen. Rest and nap times, nurturing care routines, and plenty of free play give children the time and space they need to recharge, process new experiences, and simply enjoy being children.
Because every child develops at their own pace, sleeping, care routines, and many aspects of the day are thoughtfully adapted to each child’s individual needs.
The afternoon brings more opportunities for discovery, creative activities, movement, and joyful moments with friends. At the end of the day, we take time to connect personally with each family, sharing highlights and experiences from their child’s day.
