In the heart of Stuttgart’s family-friendly Sillenbuch neighborhood, our bilingual nursery offers a warm, nurturing environment where children from eight weeks to three years of age can feel safe, loved, and inspired to explore.
With a caring international team, a beautiful villa, and a thoughtful educational approach, we create a place where children develop confidence, build their first friendships, and discover the world at their own pace.
The following pages offer a closer look at our nursery or preschool, introduce you to our team, and give you a glimpse into everyday life at Kindervilla. To learn more about the values and educational philosophy that guide everything we do, we invite you to explore “Our Approach” section.
If you have any questions or would like to visit Kindervilla, we would be delighted to welcome you and your family.
Nestled in the heart of historic Sillenbuch, our Kindervilla is located in a lovingly renovated family home that combines warmth, comfort, and a true sense of belonging. Its peaceful setting, welcoming atmosphere, and secure surroundings create a place where children feel safe, happy, and inspired to explore the world around them.
Two spacious classrooms, cozy nap rooms, child-friendly bathrooms, dedicated cubby areas, and many thoughtfully designed details provide an environment where children feel at home while enjoying plenty of space to play, learn, and grow.
One of the highlights of our campus is our private, enclosed garden, where children spend time outdoors every day exploring, playing, and staying active. Right next to Kindervilla, a large public playground offers even more opportunities for adventure and discovery, becoming a natural extension of our everyday learning experiences.
Together, these unique spaces create an environment where children build confidence, develop meaningful friendships, and discover the joy of learning through play.
Our Kindervilla campus is open during the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Each year, our campuses close for a total of four weeks. Families receive our annual closure schedule well in advance, making it easy to plan ahead.
If you have any questions about our calendar or closure dates, we’d be happy to discuss them during your visit.
At Kindervilla Sillenbuch, 17 children from eight weeks to three years of age are cared for in two lovingly designed groups.
Our small, family-like community allows every child to receive individual attention while forming close relationships with their teachers and friends. Families quickly become part of the Kindervilla community, creating an atmosphere of trust, warmth, and belonging.
Here, children are encouraged to explore with curiosity, build their confidence, and grow at their own pace—surrounded by people who truly know and care for them.
At Kindervilla, we believe that parents and educators are partners in every child’s journey. Working closely together allows us to provide the consistency, encouragement, and support children need to thrive.
Regular parent conferences, family evenings, our Kindervilla app “KiVi,” and everyday conversations help us build strong, trusting relationships with every family. Throughout the year, we also welcome families to seasonal celebrations, community events, and special activities that bring our Kindervilla community together.
To discover more about the traditions and experiences that make Kindervilla unique, we invite you to visit “A Year at Kindervilla.”
Together, we create a place where children feel safe, grow with confidence, and discover the world with curiosity and joy.
Every day at Kindervilla follows a reassuring rhythm while remaining flexible enough to meet each child’s individual needs, interests, and pace of development. Familiar routines provide children with a sense of security and confidence, while opportunities to play, explore, sing, move, and learn make every day engaging and meaningful.
Each morning begins with a warm welcome, followed by a freshly prepared breakfast, morning circle, enriching learning experiences, outdoor play, and shared meals prepared daily in our own Kindervilla kitchen. Rest and nap times, nurturing care routines, and plenty of free play give children the time and space they need to recharge, process new experiences, and simply enjoy being children.
Because every child develops at their own pace, sleeping, care routines, and many aspects of the day are thoughtfully adapted to each child’s individual needs.
The afternoon brings more opportunities for discovery, creative activities, movement, and joyful moments with friends. At the end of the day, we take time to connect personally with each family, sharing highlights and experiences from their child’s day.
To learn more about our daily routines, educational experiences, and the values that guide everything we do, we invite you to explore our “Approach” section.
