Our private, bilingual nursery, preschool and kindergarten is located in the heart of the urban, liveable and sustainable NeckarPark district.
NeckarPark adjoins the Bad Cannstatt district to the south and is therefore in the immediate vicinity of the Porsche Arena, Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle, Mercedes-Benz Arena and Cannstatter Wasen. The location creates a high quality of stay through generously designed urban spaces and green areas.
In NeckarPark, a “district of short distances” is being implemented, in which living, working and a wide range of services are combined.
From there, we can regularly go on varied excursions to the adjacent Veielbrunnenpark or to the banks of the Neckar, as well as enjoy the vastness of the Cannstatter Wasen.
Die Kindervilla offers your children over 525 square meters of conquering space indoors and over 450 square meters outdoors on the private terrace and in the directly adjacent, exclusive playground in the inner courtyard of the building, under the open sky in the fresh air.
Die Kindervilla is on one level. From the beautifully designed main entrance at the “green joint”, which connects the two parts of the Stuttgarter Höfe building, you enter the entrance area where the kids wardrobe area is located. From the entrance area, you reach the central corridor from which the three spacious group rooms, the multifunctional rooms and the dining room lead off, as well as the direct access to the garden area.
A bathroom directly accessible from each group room is used for daily hygiene. There is also direct access from the group room to a spacious activity, quiet and learning room or to the bedroom.
The regeneration room for our team is also accessible from the central corridor. The house leader office and a separate meeting room for extensive feedback talks with parents are easily accessible in the entrance area.
We also like to spend a lot of time in the spacious dining room with the pedagogical kitchen and often bake together with the children or offer activities and impulses there.
The garden and inner courtyard of the Kindervilla are particularly close to our hearts. It offers us and the children many opportunities to explore all year round. At any time of year, the children can spend time outdoors and play freely. If it is too rainy or too cold, we can switch to the covered part of the garden and the children can still have fun.
Our outdoor area and the playground in the inner courtyard are well equipped. There is climbing equipment, swings, a large sandpit with a mud play area, a slide and a large fleet of vehicles with a “race track”, as well as much more for lots of outdoor fun. The equipment is regularly maintained and complies with current safety standards.
In our Kindervilla NeckarPark, we take care of a total of 45 children aged 8 weeks to 6 years in 3 groups.
